Zalo Official Account
Answers messages sent to your Official Account. It needs a verified OA on Zalo's Tăng trưởng+ plan; personal Zalo accounts are not covered.
Telegram
Answers private messages to your own bot made with BotFather; you only paste its token. Group chats and personal accounts are not covered.

Not supported today
Instagram, Lazada, WhatsApp and Viber are not supported. Shopee chat is not answered, because Shopee does not allow chatbot replies in buyer chat.
