How to delete data held by Chatbot AI Bán Hàng, operated by HỘ KINH DOANH PHAN HỮU CHÍ. Send every request to support@chatbotaibanhang.com; we reply within 7 days and finish within 30 days.
Disconnect a Facebook Page
Sign in at app.chatbotaibanhang.com, open Channels and disconnect Messenger. We stop receiving that Page's messages and delete its access token straight away.
Remove the app from Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, Settings, then Business integrations, select Chatbot AI Ban Hang and choose Remove. Meta then stops sending us data. To also delete what we already stored, follow the next step.
Delete your shop account and all its data
Email support@chatbotaibanhang.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". After confirming the request came from you, we delete your workspaces, knowledge, files, conversations, connected channels and sign-in data, and email you a confirmation. Invoices and payment records are kept without your name or email for as long as Vietnamese accounting law requires.
Delete a conversation you had with a shop
If you messaged a shop through its website or Facebook Page, ask that shop to delete the conversation; shop owners can delete it from their inbox. You can also email support@chatbotaibanhang.com with the shop's name, the channel you used and roughly when you wrote, and we will make sure the conversation is deleted within 30 days.
Backups and logs
Deleted data disappears from our backups and logs within a further 30 days.
